Bu sorunu gidermek için yaptıklarım.

1) ftp den plugins içerisinde ki w3 total cache eklentisini tüm sildim
2.) wp-config.php  " define('WP_CACHE', true); // Added by W3 Total Cache " kaldırdım.
3. wp-content/object-cache.php sildim
4) wp-content/db.php sildim

sırayla bunları yaparak sorunu çözdüm.
